EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40)
We are actively working towards full compliance with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40). While several PPWR requirements begin applying from 12 August 2026, others have later phased?in dates. We are implementing all obligations relevant to this initial enforcement stage, including recyclability criteria, sorting labels, and product information. Additional PPWR measures will be incorporated as their respective compliance deadlines come into force, ensuring our packaging remains fully aligned with evolving EU regulatory standards.
If you are a distributor based in the UK we must know, at the time of order, if delivery is to within the EU. This will ensure that we can help work with you to fulfill the regulatory standards.
