Preseli's Mark Lumb brought tears to the eyes of his girl friend (now fiance) Diney Rogers as well as friends and family that gathered during his spectacular proposal. Mark had organised for a Flash Mob to sing and dance before he proposed and the result was so beautiful it even had the normally stone hearted Preseli MD David Wilson in tears as he watched the video.
