Do you supply to anyone?
No, Preseli is a TRADE ONLY supplier. We only supply to organisations who are then going to sell those products on, we do not sell to the general public.

 

How do I get a quote?
You can e-mail a quote request to sales@preseli.biz and we will e-mail back with a quote, alternatively, you can call us on 01352 730006 and we will be happy to give you a quote over the phone.

 

How do I place an order?
To place an order please e-mail or fax a purchase order. The e-mail address is sales@preseli.biz and the fax number is 01352 730008.
To check prices before ordering you can call us on 01352 730006 and speak to a member of the sales team who will happy to provide a final cost for your order.
When placing an order that requires the product to be printed you will need to provide artwork at time of ordering.

 

What happens once I have placed a print order?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with the details of your order and costs, if there are any discrepancies you need to contact us within 24 hours.
The artwork will be sent back to you via e-mail for approval and we request artwork is approved within 24 hours.  The order will then be sent to printers for printing.
Once printed, the order will be despatched to your requested delivery address.

 

Can I order items and print them myself?
We sell plain items that are featured in our catalogue, and you are free to order these if you require plain stock items or if you wish to arrange printing yourself.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
For plain stock items we can normally deliver next day, for UK stock printed items the standard delivery time is ten working days from the day we receive your approval of the artwork.
For our bespoke range, items will be printed and delivered from the Far East so delivery time will vary, please call on 01352 730006 and speak to us to confirm delivery times.
If you have an order that needs to be printed and delivered in less than ten working days, we can in some cases provide an express service which will incur an additional charge.

 

How will my order be delivered?
We use couriers to deliver. The standard delivery time is between 9am and 5pm, however, we can deliver pre 9am or pre 10.30am this will incur an additional charge.

 

Can I see a sample of the product or have one sent to my customer?
We are happy to provide a free sample of any product. This can be delivered to you or delivered to a potential customer if preferred. Samples will be delivered under plain cover.

 

When do I have to pay for the order?
For new customers we will require a pro-forma payment for your first order. After that you can apply for a credit account with us.
Payment terms for credit account customers are payment within thirty days from invoice.

 

What format can I send my artwork over in?
We accept the following formats:
Adobe Illustrator (AI)
Adobe Illustrator (EPS)
Portable Document Format (PDF)
Hi-Res (JPEG)-Minimum 250dpi at 100% printed size
Photoshop document (PSD)- Please convert text to outlines

We do not accept the following formats:
Quark Express (QXD)
Word Document files

 

Are we restricted to items in your catalogue only?
No, we have an office in Hong Kong and will try to source any bespoke product request you may have. This service will depend on quantity of product and this will also be subject to a longer lead time than normal.
